We provided stack testing and construction permit assistance to a healthcare facility to allow them to upgrade two steam boilers. The work included extensive regulatory liaison with the state environmental agency to ensure a streamlined permit and realistic and achievable emission limits.
EES developed an “industrial wastewater contribution permit” application for a manufacturing client. This permit application and our subsequent negotiations with the local Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW) allowed the facility to continue its manufacturing operations and related discharges in a cost effective manor without overly restrictive conditions.
